Sugary Shiplano were a drink commonly consumed at the seaside. They were like liquid candy floss but lighter than air[who?], so the straw had to be held to prevent the contents floating away. The drink first became available to humans when an Androgum space hopper crashed in the Bristol Channel and a man in Weston-super-Mare found the recipe in the wreckage and it became "all the rage" in 2050. The Tenth Doctor spoke very highly of Sugary Shiplano (PROSE: Snowglobe 7)
