Sontar sand shrew, unless someone has a source for all caps.

Talk about it here.

Sontar Sand Shrews were a species native to the deserts of Sontar. As they rarely had a chance to eat in the deserts, they were capable of eating anything. The Sontarans demonstrated this when the Sand Shrews ate humans at BASE after they failed the long jump. The Tenth Doctor too almost became a victim. (PROSE: The Sontaran Games)
