The article contained this sentiment when I encountered it:
- The city of Wilmington, North Carolina has a newspaper called the Wilmington Newsletter, but there's no evidence in From Out of the Rain that the titular "Wilmington" is the one in North Carolina.
But I can't really find any evidence of this. Not sure what the source of "Wilmington, NC having a Wilmington Newsletter" is. Main newspaper seems to be Wilmington StarNews.
