Danny Bartock was the representative from the Ethics Committee on Sanctuary Base 6. According to the Beast, he was a liar. He formed something of a flirtatious relationship with Rose Tyler and it was his idea to create a psychic flare that would disable the Ood and perhaps break the hold which the Beast had over them. He, Rose, Toby Zed and Zachary Cross Flane escaped from Krop Tor on a shuttle-ship just as the planet was sucked towards the nearby black hole. (DW: The Impossible Planet / The Satan Pit)
