Prelude Blood Harvest was, as the name suggested, a prelude to Blood Harvest by Terrance Dicks. It did not appear in the published novel.
Summary
In Chicago, Doc's Place reopens on the night Prohibition ends. Tom Dekker makes sure a seat is kept reserved for the Doctor in case the Doctor ever comes back.
