Warwick Davis portrayed Porridge in TV: Nightmare in Silver. Davis is best known for his work in science fiction and fantasy films, beginning with his film debut as a teen actor playing Wicket the Ewok in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, followed by the lead role in Willow. He has also appeared in most of the Harry Potter films, playing various characters. Just prior to his appearance on Doctor Who, Davis, an occasional collaborator with Ricky Gervais, co-starred in the final season of the comedy travelogue program An Idiot Abroad.
