Benedict Sheerstock was the director of station XZ49.
Director Sheerstock had some acquaintance with the Third Doctor. When the Doctor visited the station and was unable to convince Sandra Urtiman to let him talk to Zoe Heriot, he told her he would talk to "Benedict".
