The Constitution of the Time Lords was a legal document of the Time Lords society on Gallifrey, set in articles.

It could be amended on proposition of the Lord President and agreement of the High Council.

One of its laws was the article 17. (TV: The Deadly Assassin)

It is unsure if the article 7 belongs or not to the Constitution.
