Vita Novus was a Health Spa, were everyone who goes there comes back as thin a sticks. The Fourth Doctor , Romana and K9 met the propiator, Dame Karna and one of it customers Sibella Bing. Romana thought that it seemed remarkably sterile. After Karna was defeated Sibella converted the Spa into an hotel. (AUDIO: The Beautiful People)
