The Fourth Galaxy, which may or may not be Galaxy 4, (TV: Galaxy 4) was one of seven galaxies that allied themselves with the Daleks. (TV: The Daleks' Master Plan)

It also contained the home planet of The Suffering. (AUDIO: The Suffering)

The Fourth Galaxy may also be part of the Ten Galaxies.
