Gita Chandra was the wife of Haresh Chandra, and mother of Rani Chandra.
Profile
Gita to Bannerman Road with her family when children where being abducted by a clown known as Odd Bob the Clown. When she first met Sarah Jane Smith she told her that Rani wanted to be a Journalist like Sarah and believed Rani to be doing work experience with Sarah as she was defeating the Pied Piper.
