"Gordon Bennett!" was an exclamation of shock, alarm or disbelief of which Ace was particularly fond. (TV: Dragonfire, The Happiness Patrol, The Greatest Show in the Galaxy, Battlefield) One typical usage occurred when she had assumed that a Happiness Patrol member's gun was fake, only to watch it powerfully discharged in front of her.
