Professor Yana was found in the Silver Devastation, a naked orphan in the storm with nothing except for a strange fob watch. (DW: Utopia)
The Face of Boe was said to be from the Silver Devastation. (DW: The End of the World) However, the revelation that he may in fact be a mutated future form of Jack Harkness might suggest a different homeworld.
