Jariden device? Not 100% on whether capitalisation here is valid, so I'm avoiding the speedy rename tag.

The Jariden device's creation took many years. It was based on a Special Weapons Dalek and a Jariden-converted Roboman. The core was Ulrik's grandfather. It was destroyed by the Daleks. (AUDIO: The Four Doctors)
