Tomb worlds were the thousands of planets across the galaxy that held Cyber-Tombs. The civilisations that developed on these worlds were actually "raw material" waiting to be processed through cyber-conversion. It was intended that every world would receive a galactic dehibernation signal that would awaken every Cyberman in the galaxy from their long sleep. (AUDIO: Kingdom of Silver)
