A Judoon captain was the leader of the Judoon units that came to Earth, although it was out of their jurisdiction. At some point after the 1980s, they came to the Fifth Doctor house on Allen Road, looking for an Eye of Akasha. The Doctor followed them and was forced to help them look for it. After threatening Tegan, he handed it over and let them leave. He used sleight of hand to switch the Eye with a cricket ball. (COMIC: The Forgotten)
