Summary
The Doctor and Destrii arrive on Earth to find a market place is recieving rain that radically alters emotions, a test being conducted by the Future Cybermen...

Notes
- The Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver is destroyed by the Cyberleader. He presumably builds another one before (DW: Rose (TV story))
- The Cybermen cannot convert aliens into Cybermen. (Which could contradict Lytton's near conversion in (DW: Attack of the Cybermen) but it is never stated that Lytton was not human).
- This comic story was rereleased in The Flood graphic novel .
