Phil Davis (born 30 July 1953) played Lucius Petrus Dextrus in the Doctor Who television story The Fires of Pompeii and voiced Titus in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story The Cannibalists. Outside of Doctor Who he is perhaps best known for starring in Rose and Maloney with Sarah Lancashire.
