:He may well be a registered user. Often, if you neglect to check "remember me" when logging in, the wiki will sign you off uneceremoniously, sometimes in the middle of an edit, so that you show up as an anonymous IP rather than under your registered name.

If you're going to create a userpage and add the username to the list of TARDIS crew members, then you should at least create the account of the userpage you created instead of pretending to be a registered user when you are still an anonymous IP. He may well be a registered user. Often, if you neglect to check "remember me" when logging in, the wiki will sign you off uneceremoniously, sometimes in the middle of an edit, so that you show up as an anonymous IP rather than under your registered name.
