Jamalan was an outsider on Gallifrey and was accused of sabotaging the mining guilds equipment. (AUDIO: Emanciptaion)
He was the guard of Lord Zakar, when they jailed him for the murder of 237 slaves. He was left in charge of the freed slaves when Leela left his Gallifrey. (AUDIO: Arbitration) When he saw the Capitol in flames, he thought that it would be the end of Gallifrey. (AUDIO: Extermination)
