Wilson was the sheriff of East Ridge, Texas.
Sheriff Wilson supported John Glassman's attempts to buy oil-containing property in East Ridge. He tried to convince Thomas Watson to sell his land.
When Watson caught two trespassers on his land, Wilson refused to believe that they could be Glassman's men. He also denied that the blue shed on Watson's property was his.
When the Second Doctor and Watson caught a dozen armed men who were trespassing on Watson's property, Wilson arrested them. (PROSE: The Farmer's Story)
