Frank had a trophy wife called Kelly. In [[2008]], Frank acquired the [[Book of Jahi]], a powerful alien artefact capable of controlling Rift storms. Knowing that he was out of his depth, Frank tried to contact [[Torchwood Three]]. But when he couldn't, he hid the book of Jahi in the village of Cwmblaidd, a village about to be submerged beneath a new lake created as part of a hydroelectric project. Biography
Frank had a trophy wife called Kelly. In 2008, Frank acquired the Book of Jahi, a powerful alien artefact capable of controlling Rift storms. Knowing that he was out of his depth, Frank tried to contact Torchwood Three. But when he couldn't, he hid the book of Jahi in the village of Cwmblaidd, a village about to be submerged beneath a new lake created as part of a hydroelectric project.
