Pwccm was the demon that was allied with the sentient particles known as the Dark. He is of the same race as Abaddon. He disguised himself as a human whilst Bilis Manger was working on the Twilight Streets. It is possible that he opened the portal to the alternate timeline that was hidden in the Twilight Streets. He was apparently defeated in battle by Abaddon before. He is apparently Abaddon and the Light's nemesis.
