Spellman's Magical Museum of the Circus was a museum dedicated to the history of the circus. It was run by Elijah Spellman. Inside the museum were several life sized clowns, who could be controlled by the proprietor's telepathic powers.
The museum also had a copy of the first known illustration of the Pied Piper, a watercolour painted in 1592.
Odd Bob the Clown handed out tickets to the museum. (SJA: The Day of the Clown)
