He reveals to her his is in his thirteenth and final life (including the regeneration into the War Doctor and the regeneration energy used by the Tenth Doctor during his Meta-Crisis). The Silents are revealed to by genetically engineered senior priests, whose aim is to ensure the Doctor does not release the Time Lords.
