Mercy Hartigan (also known as 'Miss Hartigan') was a human who was chosen by the Cybermen to become the CyberKing. Her memory was restored by several Infostamps used by the Doctor, her body was ripped apart shortly after. The character was played with dominatrix tendancies. The scarlet dress and references to 'excitement' and 'yet another man forcing himself upon me in the night' and the fact she called one of the men at the grave side 'a cheeky boy' all add weight to this.(DW: The Next Doctor)
