Balcarce was a street in Buenos Aires that was on a map shown to the CIA by Noah Vickers in 2011. It ran perpendicular to South Pacheco, 5 de Julio and Rivadavia, and met a dead end at the alley that was the entrance to the site of the Blessing. (TV: The Blood Line)
