Mercy Hartigan (also known as 'Miss Hartigan') was a human agent of the Cybermen, she assisted them in their attempt to conquer Victorian Britain, and ultimately the world.
She was chosen by the Cybermen to become the CyberKing. She used the dreadnought class ship, Cyber King to declare herself the ultimate Cyber ruler. Her memory was restored by several Infostamps used by the Doctor, her body was ripped apart shortly after.
