Bob was a security guard, along with his brother Frank, for Baron Enterprises.
Bob and Frank were assigned to track down the Fourth Doctor and Susan King, who had infiltrated Baron Enterprises posing as health inspectors. Frank was killed when Susan King sabotaged the lift he was using. Bob vowed to kill the Doctor and King. He tried to push the Doctor out of a window, but fell through the window himself.
