In a parallel universe, the planet Qo'noS was the homeworld of the Klingons. Its First City was the capital of the Klingon Empire.
In a possible future shown to Captain Jean-Luc Picard by the Eleventh Doctor, the population of Qo'noS had been converted by the Cybermen. (COMIC: Assimilation²)
