John Norris was a tramp who lived on the side of the River Taff riverbank. Toshiko was attacked by him when mentioning the Amok, which was supposedly possessing him in a way that made him insane.
After fighting him away from his plastic bag, the Torchwood Team discovered minor objects inside. (PROSE: Border Princes)
