::I can't read shorthand, but I'd guess that Larry wrote everything, since he was noting the way it flowed as a conversation. They may have left off the end of the conversation purposely, or maybe the Doctor had a lemonade in his pocket and it spilled. *How come when the Doctor and Martha are back in 1969 and the Tardis is still in 2007, the Doctor (and potentially Martha) is/are not around in 2007 since the Tardis has not gone back in time yet? Wouldn't the 1969 timeflow keep going until the Tardis is sent back to change time again?
