Haddron was an empire led by a consul. Hans Kesar, a popular consul general, declares himself General for Life, basically an emperor in all but name. Two of his closest friends, fellow Consul Milton Trayx and millionaire Gerhart Rutgar are informed of this and are unsure how to respond. But when Milton Trayx is informed that Hans Kesar has lost the Fifith Legion he calls for Kesar to be impeached for his actions.
