The Howling → Isomorphic Controls - Sonic Screwdriver
I am writing an article for an online blog and one of the subjects is Isomorphic controls, and I suddenly got to thinking about the Doctors Sonic screwdriver. When ever I see diagrams of River Songs Screwdriver, that she was given by the future Doctor, it mentions a User Recognition Ring. I am assuming that this is some long winded way of saying Isomorphic Controls like the Masters Laser Screwdriver in The Sound of Drums and Last of the Time Lords
