Lord Adamath was an Elder of the Black Sun. He was a student of galactic economy.
He was sent to the planet Desrault as representative for the Rigel Sector. There, trade negotations about the uranium of the planet were ongoing with the Gallifreyans and the Sontarans. During the deals, he started a love affair with Lady Rema-Du of Gallifrey. Eventually, a plot of the Sontaran ambassador killed a fellow Black Sun Elder, whose death represented the start of a time war between Gallifrey and the Order of the Black Sun.
