Fourth Great and Bountiful Human Empire

The Forth Great and Bountiful Human Empire was an empire from when Earth was (supposedly) at its height. The planet itself, covered in megacities, had ninety-six billino inhabitants and five moons. Itsinfluence supposedly spread across "a million planets and a million species".

An earlier human empire existed in the 26th century. (DW: Frontier in Space).

History

Circa the year 199,909, the Mighty Jagrafess of the Holy Hadrojassic Maxarodenfoe was installed into the ceiling of Floor 500 of Satellite Five, a space station broadcasting across the empire, where it manipulated news reports and kept humanity docile, ignorant and uder its control (and presumably many other species) with the help of The Editor, a Human lackey. In turn, the Daleks served as the masters of the Jagafress as part of a "long game" to recover and conquer after the Time War. (DW: Bad Wolf.

:We do not know the extent of the involvement of the Daleks in founding the empire or originally, or if the took it over after it existed already.

Eventually, 91 years later, circa the year 200,000, Ninth Doctor, Rose Tyler and Adam Mitchell visited Satellite Five and, with the help of Cathica, a Human acting as a processor for the computer system which broadcasts all the news from the satellite, destroyed the Jagrafess by directing the heat to Floor 500, causing the large, bulky Jagrafess to overheat and explode. (DW: The Long Game) During the next century, up until the year 200,100, the Earth economy collapsed after the destruction of the Jagrafess.

We do not know if the Fourth Great and Bountiful Human Empire collapsed during this period or whether it still continued.

The population still hadn't developed to its proper level of advancement. In the mean time Satellite had been renamed the Game Station. (DW: Bad Wolf)
