Light City was a zone on the planet Bortresoye in the Divergent Universe. It was home to a short-lived species with eight limbs that practised frequent revision of its citizens' memories and personalities.
The Eighth Doctor, Charlotte Pollard, and C'rizz visited Light City. Their memories were copied and used in an experiment. (AUDIO: The Natural History of Fear)
