Millenium was a female parahuman in the early times of the Time Lord civilisation. She was a member of the Special Executive, a team working for the Time Lords.
She was gifted with time acceleration powers, able to age a living being to dust in seconds.
During a trilateral negotiation on Desrault, she was part of the Gallifreyan delegation. The Sontaran Brilox wiped her mind with a psy-snare and forced to use her powers against the Elder of the Black Sun. Her fellow Wardog was compelled to kill her in order to stop her; eventually he revenged her death over the Sontaran. (COMIC: Black Sun Rising)
