I must admit I don't know if there's a specific policy on this (thus I make a Talk rather than an edit) but from the logic of many other pages and by the fact that the First Doctor is featured in a NEW SPEAKING cameo, shouldn't he be in the "Featuring" list in the info box?

I considered that it may be because he's not (fully) portrayed by his original actor - but than I checked The Five Doctors, and there's the First Doctor, even though he was played by another actor (in an extended role, I grant you).
