The Skyheads were beings from another dimension which resembled giant baby heads. They could fly through the air, generating a vortex slipstream in order to reach high speeds. The Skyheads used violently powerful gusts of air to attack. They were not very able to comunicate, and were attacking London until the Other Doctor convinced then to help the humanity and after that colaborated with UNIT during the crisis(AUDIO: UNIT Dominion).
Trivia
The skyhead species is some similar to the Giant Baby Head what appears on Phineas and Ferb cartoon series. Coincidentally, twice are revealed to be from another dimension.
