Marcus Aurelius was a Roman emperor and a stoic philosopher.
Aurelius was known as the last of the Five Good Emperors, following the reign of select malicious emperors, such as Nero. Vastra claimed he was a bass guitar player in a band along with the Doctor too. (TV: Deep Breath)
