"Nathan Goss" is the identity adopted by the same Slitheen who was Carl from Revenge of the Slitheen, Korst Gogg Thek Lutiven-Day Slitheen, whose father dies in the episode. I don't recall any link being made between Nathan's parents and Luke's "parents" in The Lost Boy. -- Tybort (talk page) 13:46, December 7, 2014 (UTC)

In Chapter 1 of the novelisation of The Lost Boy, it states that June, Marco and Nathan Goss move into Hambleton Estate. Later on, a van appears in front of their house and they are never heard of again. The same couple appear on TV months later, with a missing child however the child is not Nathan, but a boy named Ashley who appears to be Luke Smith. I hope this helps.

I think there's some confusion here

"Nathan Goss" is the identity adopted by the same Slitheen who was Carl from Revenge of the Slitheen, Korst Gogg Thek Lutiven-Day Slitheen, whose father dies in the episode. I don't recall any link being made between Nathan's parents and Luke's "parents" in The Lost Boy. -- Tybort (talk page) 13:46, December 7, 2014 (UTC)
