Annette Badland (born 1950 in Edgbaston, Birmingham) played Blon Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen, credited as the Slitheen disguise of Margaret Blaine, in the Doctor Who stories Aliens of London, World War Three and Boom Town.

Her dramatic training took place at East 15 Acting School, London. She has appeared in many television roles including Bergerac, 2point4 children, Jackanory, The Demon Headmaster, The Worst Witch, The Queen's Nose, Coronation Street and Russell T Davies and Phil Ford-created Wizards vs Aliens.

She has also appeared in many films including Jabberwocky (1977) and most recently Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005). Badland has appeared in several radio dramas including BBC Radio 4's Rolling Home (2001), Smelling of Roses (2003) and an adaptation of George MacDonald's novel At the Back of the North Wind. In 2005 she took the role of Hazel Woolley, the "bad seed" adopted daughter of Jack Woolley in the long running radio soap opera The Archers.
