Vermont was an American state that Fitz once complained was "bloody freezing". The Eighth Doctor once shipped himself and Anji off to Vermont to follow up some leads at a local historical society. The state was so famous for its ample supply of maple trees, that Fitz once joked a good alternate title for a hypothetical book called Famous Vermont Crimes might be Mass Murder Under the Maples.
