A mayor of London in the 17th century imprisoned the Second Doctor, Ben Jackson and Polly Wright for openly discussing Christmas, which was forbidden by Cromwell as a pagan practice.
The Doctor later convinced him that those who celebrated Christmas were Christians, and the mayor agreed to release those who were imprisoned. (PROSE: The Feast)
