Meredith Morgan was an assassin and Forgwyn's mother. She was hired by the Friars of Pangloss to kill the Seventh Doctor and recover the small pyramid of red glass he had taken when he had visited Olleril centuries before. When the Doctor helped deliver her breech birth baby, she felt obligated to him and considered not fulfilling her contract. However, after considering what the Friars would do to her if she failed, she decided she did have to kill him. Morgan tried to do so while on the Gargantuan, but Crispin shot and killed her before she could. (PROSE: Tragedy Day)
