Annos was a Time Lord. During the civil war he commanded Romana II's forces. (AUDIO: Fractures, Warfare) After the Sunari invaded Gallifrey, he helped Leela find K9 Mark II. (AUDIO: Appropriation) He was later promoted to acting Castellan after the Gallifreyan Civil War, and he sealed the Panopticon after Darkel was shot. (AUDIO: Mindbomb) He spent the start of Matthias' presidency finding and culling the pigrats that inhabited the Capitol. (AUDIO: Panacea)
