Susan Q was a member of the Happiness Patrol until she got arrested for being misserable. When she was arrested she met the Doctor and Ace whom were also arrested. The Doctor, Ace and Susan Q ran away from the jail and she helped The Doctor and Ace and a few others defeat Helen A. (DW: The Happiness Patrol)
