Slake wanted to turn Anne Rice into a vampire. He wanted new recruits and to make San Francisco the home of his new nightstalker gang. Then he and his gang would have started to kill as many people as possible.
However Slake was killed before he could fullfill his plan. (PROSE: Vampire Science)
