The Stigorax was a species native to Terra Alpha by the Time of the Happiness Patrol there was only left.
Biology
The Stigorax was a rat like creature that was a carnivore. They fed of humans and where feared by The Pipe People of Terra Alpha. But they where tameable as Helen A did Tame one down called Fifi. (DW: The Happiness Patrol)
